1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the 8updb platform (available at https://8updb.net and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and APIs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 8updb (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 8updb platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8updb.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 8updb platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 8updb enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all registered players. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies regardless of local custom or personal circumstance.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal use — not as a representative of any business, institution, or third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the 8updb platform or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion order issued by any responsible gaming programme.
• You are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are placing bets and wagers as a form of adult entertainment — not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on the platform.

Age Verification

8updb is committed to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to identity and age verification using a valid government-issued document — National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any stage of account activity. Any account that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 18 or older will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method, with any associated winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on 8updb, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 8updb platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 8updb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8updb strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, which is available free of charge from your account security settings.

8updb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. 8updb accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 8updb may request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a selfie holding your ID document. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

8updb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT. 8updb does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Currency conversion is not supported on the platform.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited to your 8updb balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. 8updb is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment networks outside its control.

All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. 8updb does not operate as a banking service, and funds held in your account balance do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and fraud prevention checks. Withdrawals can only be processed after full KYC verification has been completed. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: within 24 hours of approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days

8updb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of additional security or verification checks. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to additional review. A maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per month may apply; current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

Anti-Money Laundering

8updb maintains strict AML controls. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be flagged for review. 8updb cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and may be required to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 8updb sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market, or game in question. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for that game or event.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 8updb system. A confirmation reference number is issued for each accepted bet. Bets placed during any technical fault, system outage, or data feed error may be voided at 8updb's discretion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on 8updb covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup, Test matches, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers and other major international teams. The following general rules apply to all cricket markets on 8updb:

• Match winner bets require the match to be completed in full (or reach the minimum number of overs required for a valid result under the relevant competition rules) to be settled.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or deemed a no-result without a valid result being declared, all match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant event or over commences. Any bet accepted after the relevant event has already occurred will be voided.
• Odds shown on the platform at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, regardless of subsequent odds movement.

Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot games on 8updb use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. Actual returns in any individual session may vary significantly from the published RTP figure due to the inherent variance of casino games.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a casino or slot game session, the game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 8updb accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game before playing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

8updb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the specific criteria stated in the offer terms. Players who have previously abused promotional conditions may be excluded from future promotions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. One welcome bonus per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• 8updb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and active in a player's account at the time of the change.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8updb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other account process; impersonating another person; or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports betting market.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you have knowledge are fixed, manipulated, or otherwise compromised. 8updb will cooperate fully with sports integrity organisations and law enforcement in relation to any suspected match-fixing activity.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using scripts, bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games on the platform without human direction for each individual action.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 8updb and other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner designed to circumvent normal risk management.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using proxy registrations, or employing any other method to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limits, or to meet wagering requirements through low-risk, hedged, or systematic play patterns that contravene the spirit of the offer.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8updb platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 8updb staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 8updb

8updb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player's identity or age cannot be verified; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; or the player has been placed on a self-exclusion list.

During an account suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, access casino games, or initiate withdrawals. If the suspension results in a permanent closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of all outstanding checks, minus any amounts forfeited under these Terms.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their 8updb account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications from 8updb. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reduced or cancelled early — this is a deliberate safeguard designed to protect players in difficulty.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 8updb platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8updb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities.

8updb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of betting funds due to technical faults; loss of winnings resulting from a voided bet; interruption of service during live betting events; or inability to access the platform due to network issues outside 8updb's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8updb's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves the risk of losing money and that 8updb is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your betting and gaming activity on the platform. Please bet responsibly and within your means.

10. Amendments to These Terms

8updb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8updb will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address on file, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the homepage, at least 7 days before the change takes effect — unless the change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
